Trust through clear roles

Know what is checked, controlled and measured.

Publishers control their packages and creative approvals. Advertisers choose where to run. Payments move directly through connected publisher accounts.

Marketplace controls

Useful checks at each decision point.

Before listing

Snippet verification

The publisher’s D14 placement snippet must load on the domain, confirming control before the website can appear with an active offer.

Before purchase

Package details

The publisher sets the description, placement, price and creative requirements for advertisers to review.

Before delivery

Creative approval

The publisher reviews submitted creative against its package requirements before accepting it to run.

A direct transaction

Money moves through the publisher’s account.

Advertiser payment
The advertiser pays the relevant publisher through that publisher’s connected Stripe or PayPal account.
D14 marketplace fee
D14 invoices the publisher separately for 7% of each marketplace sale. It is not deducted from checkout.
Provider relationship
Payment-processing fees, refunds and chargebacks are handled separately under the publisher’s provider account and applicable terms.

Focused measurement

Reporting describes delivery—not business outcomes.

Advertisers and publishers can use the same core events to understand whether an advert was selected, displayed, visible and clicked.

Viewability

A defined visibility threshold

A viewable event means at least half the placement was visible for one second while the browser tab was active.

Reporting scope

Delivery stays distinct from attribution

Reporting describes delivery and clicks without presenting them as downstream conversion or sales attribution.

Understand the limits

No marketplace can guarantee campaign results.

What does website verification prove?

A live D14 placement snippet confirms that the publisher controls the listed domain. It does not validate visitor numbers, audience demographics or performance claims.

Does creative approval mean D14 endorses the advert?

No. It means the publisher accepted that creative for its own placement. Advertisers and publishers remain responsible for following the advertising policy and applicable law.

Does reporting include conversions or sales?

No. D14 reporting focuses on delivery events and clicks. It does not claim downstream conversion attribution.

Are clicks or return on spend guaranteed?

No. Outcomes vary with the website, audience, placement, creative, destination and offer.

Before buying, review the publisher’s website, package terms and creative requirements. If an advert appears to breach policy, use the public reporting route so it can be reviewed.
