One marketplace, two clear roles

A direct path from package to placement.

Publishers create the offer. Advertisers choose where to run. Payments go directly to publishers, while D14 keeps campaign delivery and reporting connected.

For advertisers

Build a campaign around the websites that fit.

Explore websites

Browse domain-verified publisher sites and open a listing to see the advertising packages currently offered.

Choose a package

Review the placement, price, quantity or duration, accepted format and creative requirements before you buy.

Prepare the advert

Add the HTTPS destination and supply the exact banner size or other creative requested by the selected package.

Pay the publisher

Complete payment through that publisher’s connected Stripe or PayPal account. The completed order becomes paid and pending publisher review.

Wait for approval

The publisher accepts, requests changes or declines the advert. Any refund remains the publisher’s decision and is handled through the provider that received payment.

Follow delivery

After publisher approval, follow campaign status, viewable impressions and clicks from your advertiser access page.

For publishers

Package your inventory without giving up control.

Create a placement

Name the advertising position, choose its accepted formats and generate the placement snippet.

Paste the snippet

When it first loads on your page, D14 recognises the hostname and verifies the website automatically.

Create the offer

Define the package terms, required creative dimensions and price, then choose whether one paid advert owns the inventory or several advertisers rotate.

Connect payments

Connect Stripe or PayPal so the advertiser’s package payment reaches your own account directly.

Approve and report

Review submitted creative, then follow delivery, viewable impressions and clicks by campaign and placement.

Settle the platform fee

D14 invoices you separately for 7% of the package sale. The invoice is due 14 days after issue.

Availability and fallback

Checkout, paid inventory and empty space follow separate rules.

A buyer looking at a package does not block anybody else. Payment is the point at which a single-sale campaign closes to new checkout; rotating campaigns remain available for additional eligible orders.

Before payment

The slot remains available

Opening Stripe or PayPal checkout is not a reservation. Abandoned and incomplete checkouts do not hold exclusive inventory.

After payment

The order waits for review

Payment records the order as paid and pending. The publisher can still accept it, request changes or decline it; the platform does not issue an automatic refund.

No eligible paid advert

The placement uses its fallback

The publisher can show a house advert, collapse the placement, leave it empty or provide custom fallback HTML.

Clear boundaries

What the marketplace checks—and what it does not.

Website verification
The D14 placement snippet loading on the domain confirms publisher control. It is not a traffic or audience audit.
Publisher approval
Confirms the publisher accepts the creative for its placement. It does not guarantee campaign results.
Delivery reporting
Covers served, rendered, viewable, clicked and invalid events. It does not provide downstream sales attribution.
Marketplace outcomes
Clicks, conversions, revenue and return on spend depend on the site, audience, creative, placement and offer.

Discovery choices

Public marketplace listing is optional per website.

Verification proves that the placement snippet has loaded on the domain; it does not force every verified property into public discovery. Publishers can choose website-level marketplace visibility and can embed a storefront containing only their own active slots.

Public marketplace

List selected websites and packages

Buyers can browse the website, open its advertising page and purchase an active offer from the publisher that owns it.

Publisher embed

Display your offers on your own site

The publisher-scoped marketplace embed shows only that seller’s available slots and links each one to its D14 purchase page.

Process questions

Where payment, approval and delivery meet.

Does paying a publisher make the advert live immediately?

No. A completed payment creates a paid order pending publisher review. The advert becomes eligible only after the required approval and other delivery conditions are met.

Who receives the advertiser’s payment?

The publisher does, through its connected Stripe or PayPal account. D14 invoices the publisher separately for the applicable 7% marketplace fee.

Who decides whether to refund a declined order?

The publisher decides and handles any refund through the payment provider that received the money. D14 does not automatically refund the order.

Does website verification guarantee traffic or results?

No. It confirms that the placement snippet loaded on the domain. It is not an audience audit and does not guarantee clicks, conversions or return on spend.
